Introducing Revolve Wine

We are pleased to announce the official launch of Revolve Wine, our artisanally crafted red wines produced from grapes grown in the best vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma County. We use natural field yeast, whole berry fermentation and limited intervention to allow the grapes to become delicious wines that reflect the unique characteristics of each vineyard and growing season. Cool fermentation in French Oak barrels, rotated multiple times daily in place of typical open-fermenter punchdowns, brings nuanced flavors and maximum color extraction, while extended maceration results in soft tannins and smooth mouth-feel.
